Description of the core features of the equipment
CGK.RZ.04 and CGK.RZ.17 are special machine tools for carbon block processing. The differences and commonalities are as follows:
Processing range:
- CGK.RZ.04 Adapted blank: 350×350×2000 ~ 850×850×4500 mm;
- CGK.RZ.17 Adapted blank: 400×400×2000 ~ 950×950×4200 mm, covering different specifications of carbon block production.
Processing capability:
- The maximum forming groove depth is 280mm and the single milling depth is 20mm, meeting the needs of carbon block groove processing;
- The production capacity is 2-4 blocks/hour (adjusted according to the complexity of the workpiece), ensuring mass production efficiency.
Precision control:
- The groove size error is ≤0.5mm, the angle error is ≤0.1°, the length, width and height error of finished carbon blocks is ≤±0.5mm, and the right angle error of adjacent surfaces is ≤0.05mm/500mm, ensuring high-precision processing of carbon blocks and adapting to the strict quality requirements of carbon blocks in industries such as electrolytic aluminum.
Application scenarios:
- It is mainly used for milling and forming and processing of carbon blocks in metallurgical industry (such as aluminum electrolytic cells), providing equipment support for the precision manufacturing of carbon products.
