Product Introduction

Uses and features of CNC carbon electrode machine tools:

  • The spindle speed is automatically changed, and the end surface of the workpiece is automatically positioned. The milling thread can achieve secondary or tertiary feeding, improving machining quality and efficiency.
  • Single-action or three-claw hydraulic chuck: The chuck uses a chuck to clamp the outer diameter of the workpiece, and the clamping point is located inside the workpiece hole to prevent the workpiece from cracking.
  • Double milling head: One milling head is used for processing threads, and the other milling head is used for finishing the taper surface, end surface and half-buckle processing.
  • Fully automatic: Two-axis control self-developed control software and imported drive components, equipped with stroke limit protection, software and hardware extreme protection, fault detection and alarm functions, easy to operate, safe and reliable.
  • Environmental protection: The machine tool cutting tool is equipped with a vacuum cover outside and two vacuum outlets are installed to reduce dust pollution in the workshop.
  • Long life and high efficiency: The spindle bearing adopts a lubrication system to supply oil to cool circulating, and the guide rails and ball screws adopt automatic gap lubrication device and protection device. Except for lifting and unloading, the other actions are automatically completed.
  • The coolant device can be configured according to user’s requirements.
