Overview of the machine
This machine tool is a new type of CNC machine tool integrated with machine, electricity, liquid and light developed by our company, and it is also one of the supporting machine tools of CNC electrode body automatic machining line. The control components are the high-performance special CNC system and software developed by our company, driven by AC servo motor made in Japan, and the key components are all world products.
Technical description
The machine tool has advanced numerical control function, simple and reasonable structure, especially adopting numerical control to realize length floating positioning (or fixed-foot control), which eliminates the complicated mechanical-hydraulic positioning mechanism, convenient adjustment and high automation degree. And according to the cutting load size of each section of the implementation of segmental programming, so that the cutting load balanced distribution, cutting smooth.
The machine guideway adopts SHS heavy-duty linear rolling guideway produced by Japan THK, which is particularly durable.
CGK-19 and CGK-74 are both CNC electrode processing machines and are used for electrode production of different specifications:
Processing range: CGK-19 is suitable for Φ300 – Φ800mm, 1600 – 3200mm long electrode; CGK-74 corresponds to Φ450 – Φ900mm, 1600 – 3370mm long electrode.
Power and speed: The main motor power is 37kw, 45kw, and 220rpm continuously variable spindle, meeting the power requirements of large-size electrode processing.
Accuracy control: The verticality of the electrode thread and the flatness of the end surface are ≤0.03mm to ensure processing accuracy.
Equipment scale: CGK-19 weighs 26 tons, with a shape of 9000×3400×2600mm; CGK-74 weighs 35 tons, with a shape of 8800×3100×2600mm, which is suitable for large electrode production line layout.
