Overview of the machine
This machine tool is a new generation of CNC electrode double thread comb processing machine tool developed by our company, and it is also the core equipment of CNC electrode automatic processing line. The control components are special six-axis high-performance CNC system and software developed by our company, driven by imported AC servo motors, and the key components are all world-class products.
Technical description
This machine tool is a full CNC machine tool, which completely eliminates the error of mechanical transmission chain, and directly forms the pitch, taper and diameter of the thread through the CNC method, and the machining precision is obviously higher than the level of similar machining equipments in Japan, the United States and Germany.
- The unique layout of the machine structure, the workpiece does not move during machining, the spindle rotates slowly and the X-axis,
- Z-axis linkage, to realize the taper thread comb processing, can be maintained for a long time machining accuracy.
- The comb knife is driven by a special method, and the high speed rotation can reach 1500rpm.
- The end face is CNC scraped to ensure perpendicularity to the thread axis and center concave.
- Z-direction realizes floating positioning with high positioning accuracy.
- The machine can be used for a long time without decreasing the machining accuracy.

The CGK-32 and CGK-75 are CNC electrode processing machines, and the differences are as follows:
Processing size: CGK-32 is suitable for φ300 – φ800mm, length 1600 – 3200mm electrodes; CGK-75 is suitable for φ450 – φ900mm, length 1600 – 3370mm electrodes.
Power Configuration: The main motor power is 11kw and 15kw respectively, matching the different size of electrode processing needs.
Precision standard: Thread, end face and other machining precision indicators are consistent (such as thread single tooth pitch error ±0.01mm, end face flatness ≤0.03mm), to ensure the quality of electrode machining.
Scale of equipment: CGK-32 weighs 26 tons, CGK-75 weighs 35 tons, which is suitable for different layouts of large electrode production lines.
