Overview
CGK-18 machine tool is a key processing equipment for graphite electrodes. Its control components are high-performance special CNC systems and software developed by our company. It is driven by Japanese AC servo motors. The key components are all world products. Combined with a unique mechanical structure, it realizes CNC single-ended combing processing of the inner cone thread of the electrode, and has functions such as floating length positioning, automatic or manual scraping of the end surface, pneumatic clamping of the workpiece, and automatic centering support.
