Processing accuracy control
- Thread precision: Strict control of thread machining precision, single thread pitch error up to ±0.015mm, pitch cumulative error ≤0.025mm (some models such as CGK-21 series), threaded hole slope tolerance, tooth half-angle error, etc. also have precise control standards, to ensure the reliability and stability of threaded connection, to meet the demand for high-precision connector threads for high-end equipment.
- Multi-parameter precision: In addition to thread parameters, there are strict limits on four-point deviation (≤0.04mm) of double-end threads, effective diameter error, etc., to ensure that the dimensions of the processed joints are accurate, and the shape and position tolerances are qualified, so as to enhance the adaptability of the joints to the assembly of electrodes and other components.
Processing capacity and adaptability
- Wide coverage of specifications: Different models are suitable for processing joints of different sizes, for example, CGK-21 can process joints with diameters of Φ120 – Φ431mm and lengths of 177-635mm; CGK-21C can support joints with diameters of Φ241 – Φ488mm and lengths of 241-685mm for larger specifications, which can satisfy the needs for mass production of joints of small and medium sizes as well as the requirements of different application scenarios of the metallurgical industry and other industries. It is suitable for the processing of electrode joints for different applications in metallurgy and other industries.
- Material adaptation: mainly used for graphite electrode joints and other processing, taking into account the characteristics of graphite, such as high brittleness, easy to chipping, etc., through the micron-level motion control (such as X-direction, Z-direction pulse equivalent precision control), reasonable cutting parameter settings, to achieve stable, high-precision machining of difficult-to-machine materials, such as graphite, and expand the scope of application of the equipment.
