Spindle power: Equipped with 11/15kW frequency conversion main motor, the power can be dynamically switched according to the cutting load, taking into account energy-saving and heavy-duty machining capability (such as the power difference between rough milling and finishing).
Speed flexibility: the workpiece speed supports 200rpm infinitely variable speed regulation, and the intelligent system matches the cutting parameters of the tool (e.g. centrifugal stability of crucibles of different diameters, optimization of cutting line speed) to avoid problems such as tool chipping and tremor.
3. High precision machining guarantee
Servo drive system: “1.5kW×2 + 2kW×5 + 3kW×1” multi-servo motor configuration is adopted to cover all axes movement (such as drag plate, feeding, indexing, etc.), with 0.001mm servo incremental accuracy, micron-level machining control (such as crucible inner wall smoothness, dimensional tolerance) is realized.
High-efficiency displacement: the rapid traverse speed of the drag plate is up to 8m/min, which shortens the empty travel time and improves the production line tempo.
4. System integration and auxiliary optimization
Spindle adaptability: spindle center height of 1400mm, with 140h6 mounting diameter, 220mm flange, 80mm taper hole (70mm hole diameter) modular design, support for quick tool / spindle head change, adaptable to different machining processes (such as drilling, milling, polishing).
Environment and Stability:
Pneumatic system 0.4~0.6MPa pressure ensures stable operation of pneumatic components such as clamps and dust removal valve;
150mm dust-absorbing hose Efficiently collects graphite dust, reduces pollution and protects the precision of the equipment (wear and tear of the moving parts due to dust adhesion).
